In The Holidays

In the holidays On Saturday I went to the movies to watch 'How to Train Your Dragon 2.' It was so fun at the movies. I went to the movies with my Papa. I had popcorn and ice-cream and it was yum to eat!
On Sunday I stayed at home and played 'Little Big Planet' on PS3 with my sister Alilia.

Cow Grazing on the Grass

I have tried to show texture by using sponges for the sky. What I liked best was painting the cow and the grass with paint brushes. The most interesting part was painting the grass because it is fun to do. What I found tricky was the clouds and the cow.  Next time I paint I would paint a dragon.

My favourite subject this year was maths because it was fun to learn.

I have improved maths because I love it.

My Troll

My troll has got a big foot and a small foot. My troll has a big arm and a small arm.He is a big, ugly hungry troll. He lives in a dark hole. When he hears a noise he comes up on the bridge and gobbles up people and eats them up.

 He spits out the hats and eats the goats. When he eats the goats he says yum! Yum! You taste yum! My troll eats everyones beds.

Squash Sport

Yesterday we played squash. We had a ball and a racquet and there was a court in the hall. It was fun and cool. We had the racquet and the ball and we hit the ball on the court. Phil and Michael showed us how to play the game but I thought it was easy but it was hard. It was good i was tired.

FABRIC AND FIBRE ART

In Room 4 we are doing Fabric and Fibre Art.
What I like is sewing and decorating the flower.
 The tricky part is when  I am doing the stitching around the material.
It's tricky because I have to go backwards.
 When it's finished I will give it to my mum.

 

Badminton

I went to the hall to learn how to play badminton and we played Stuck in the Mud. We had a racquet and a shuttlecock. Robbie taught us to play badminton and Robbie was too good and I was good too! The game was fun. We went to class. I enjoyed it because it was fun.

OUR VIRTUES ASSEMBLY

Room 4 - about our assembly. I was the Paralysed Man and I was very nervous and I almost forgot my words. I was nervous because I felt I was about to fall.

Swimming

At school we have a pool. At school when we got in the pool it was cold. It was very very cold. I thought it wasn't cold at all. I thought it was warm. I thought I can put my face in the pool and it was fun. I can do a handstand in the water and I can swim. I do like swimming because it is fun.

Football Fun

After Lunch we went to the coach to play football. I lined up on the yellow line and we lined up in our teams and I was in the yellow team with Sita and Falakiko. We kicked the ball to the blue team. It was cool and we won the points for our team.

Catholic School Day

St Joseph came to Saint Pius X Catholic School and I played with my cousin. We went to the hall. I played with my next door neighbour. We played rolly polly down the hill. We sang in the hall to St Joseph. I liked the singing best.

My soul friends name is Albert. He is 9 years old. His favourite subject is writing because he likes to write lots of words. His favourite colour is yellow because he has a hot, yellow T-shirt. What my soul friend likes best about school is the Library because he gets to read lots and lots of books. I like my soul friend.
